
Julia’s yoga journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time marked by social distance and isolation. In her search for inner peace, balance and strength, she discovered the unique connection between the physical and mental benefits of yoga — a discovery that has stayed with her ever since.
In September 2024, Julia began teaching yoga after completing her 200h Yoga Teacher Training in Bali — an experience that deepened both her passion and her understanding of the practice.
In Julia’s classes, you can expect dynamic flows and fluid sequencing that promote warmth, flexibility and mindfulness. She places great importance on linking movement with breath to create a practice that is both grounding and energizing. Her approach blends strengthening postures with moments of stillness to help students find balance between effort and ease.
Julia’s aim is to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone — regardless of experience level — feels comfortable, supported and inspired to deepen their practice.
