Marylin

Coach

Marylin discovered her path into movement through acrobatics, dance, and theatre. These experiences shaped her understanding of the body as a creative instrument — fluid, expressive, rhythmic, and full of vitality. Her joy in exploring new movements and her background in dance continue to guide her work today.

As a body therapist, Marylin focuses on regeneration, stretching, muscle relaxation, fascia work, and tissue release. In her practice, she combines anatomical knowledge with an intuitive sense for body dynamics, emotions, and somatic processes. She deepens this understanding through her training in art therapy, where she explores the connection between body, movement, and inner experience — and integrates these insights into her sessions.

In her Stretching & Recovery classes, structure and flow come together: gentle stretches, rhythmic transitions, and mindful breathing support mobility, relaxation, and lightness. Her sessions invite you to let go, discover new movement qualities, and feel more at home and free within your own body.
