Beginner Yoga Workshop

Foundations for body, mind, and balance.

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of yoga and gain your first experiences. We begin with simple breathing techniques and foundational asanas (postures).

You stretch, strengthen, and relax your body while bringing calm and clarity to your mind. The focus is on safe alignment and a mindful approach to your body.

A highlight of this workshop is learning the sun salutation — a dynamic sequence that gives you a broad understanding of yoga practice and builds a strong foundation for further development.

You will also gain a brief insight into the origins and history of yoga, helping you develop a deeper understanding of this holistic practice.
