Strong and stable wrists are an essential foundation for effective and healthy training — whether in functional fitness, yoga, Pilates, or everyday life.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to strengthen, mobilise, and protect your wrists from overuse.

You’ll receive a practical repertoire of exercises as well as valuable background knowledge about wrist anatomy and ergonomics.
