This Barbell Workshop teaches you the most important fundamentals for safe and effective strength training.
The focus is on proper technique, a clear understanding of movement, and building the core lifts in a sustainable way: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Press.
You’ll learn why we use certain positions, how to develop strength efficiently, and how to avoid common mistakes – whether you’re new to barbell training or looking to refine your technique.
