Through a series of flowing, dynamic transitions between poses, we keep your circulation moving and your mind clear, meeting your limits with mindfulness. Expect a dynamic pace, a playful atmosphere, and the exploration of more advanced asanas and transitions such as standing balances, arm balances, and deep backbends or hip openers. Alongside the flowing parts of the practice, we may take time to break down a specific asana, exploring its anatomical components and working on it through exercises and progressions.
This class offers an appropriate challenge for more experienced yogis and movement enthusiasts, but motivated beginners are also warmly welcome. Throughout the entire session, options and modifications are provided so you can adjust the level of challenge to suit your needs.
