Pilates Prenatal is a specially tailored Pilates class designed to meet the needs of pregnant women. Its goal is to maintain physical fitness during pregnancy, reduce discomfort, prepare the body for birth, and support recovery after delivery.

During pregnancy, posture shifts as the baby grows, increasing strain on the abdomen and lower back. Pilates Prenatal places particular focus on strengthening the core — especially the pelvic floor, the abdominals, and the lower back. A strong core can help compensate for the added weight of the belly and prevent back pain.

The exercises in Pilates Prenatal are gentle and safe, supporting your wellbeing and comfort. They avoid pressure on the abdomen and exclude abrupt movements or positions.

We recommend Pilates Prenatal from the 16th week of pregnancy. With your doctor’s approval, you may also begin earlier.
